Our services are subject to technician availability, service location, and operational requirements. Appointment dates and times may change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of any scheduling changes.
Inspection or visiting charges may apply depending on the service location and nature of the service request. Any applicable charges will be communicated before any repair work begins.
If replacement parts are required, the estimated cost will be explained before installation. Repair work involving replacement parts will only proceed after customer approval.
Payment must be completed immediately after the service has been completed unless another payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment before the technician is dispatched. Charges may apply if cancellation occurs after the technician has started travelling or arrived at the service location.
Fast Home Appliancecare is not responsible for losses or damages arising from manufacturer defects, existing faults, improper use, electrical fluctuations, natural disasters, or repairs performed by third parties.
